Major damage on the Outlook...
MAJOR damage on the house...
I hope there's not another thing that is going to happen!!!
so far, we will have new floor in our master bedroom and den, new ceiling wherever there is water or tree coming through, damage. new rafters (or whatever all the braces in the attic are called, because they are badly damaged ....CRACKED) and a new roof.
I just hope they get this started and finished QUICKLY!!!

Oh my! Hope all is getting better! Well look at it this way...yea for new flooring and now you'll have a wonderful new roof that won't need replacing for a long time (bonus for resale value!)
