remember.....

how excited i was about THIS!

Today, hubby said he would go get me CRAWFISH for supper! YUMMY!!! I LOVE CRAWFISH. I could eat them e-v-e-r-y-d-a-y! I'm not kidding.

When i lived in North Carolina and would come back to Louisiana to visit, i would make it a mission to have seafood (CRAWFISH especially) EVERYDAY! i LOVE it!

I KNOW they won't taste like back home.... we like 'em REALLY seasoned....hot....salty.... mmmmmmmmmm! I'll still enjoy every bite though!!!

tomorrow i'll probably be swollen, gain a few pounds back, and thirsty as ever....but it will STILL be worth EVERY ounce i crawfish goodness! :-)
